- Accepted payment Methods:
We accept the following payment methods currently,
- All major Indian and International credit cards
- All major Indian and International debit cards
- Net banking with major Indian and International banks
- Cheque/Demand draft
The following policies apply for all Netbhet fulfilled products.
- We only accept returns if the item shipped to you is defective or damaged.
- In case of damaged or defective product the customer is required to raise the concern and ship the product back to us within 15 days from delivery
- Return shipping costs will be borne by Netbhet.
- Netbhet will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package.
- We do not offer any cash refunds.
Empty Box Returns:
Please get in touch with us within 24-hours from the time of delivery. We will co-ordinate with our courier partners and try to locate your product soon.
Replacements & Exchanges:
Netbhet does not offer cash refunds. In case of returns customers have the following two options -
- Get equivalent amount as Netbhet store credit to be used on any future purchase at Netbhet
- In case of damaged or incorrect merchandise, Netbhet would ship the correct product upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect merchandise from you
Customers will have to bear the return shipment and packaging costs
Tracking Returns:
Late or Missing Refund:
As soon as we receive your return we would update your account, and mention the refund status in it.
In case of Netbhet store credit, the same would reflect as prepaid credit in your account as soon as the return gets processed from our end.
We may deduct a restocking fee depending on the item category.
How are Refunds issued:
Refunds are issued in the following two ways
- Product replacement - In case of damaged or incorrect items Netbhet would replace it with a new one, upon receipt of the returned item
- In case you do not wish to receive the replacement, you may specify that in your communication mail. You would receive Netbhet store credit of the equivalent amount (net of restocking fee, if any).
We do not provide cash refunds.
Paying by Cheque / Demand Draft:
Customers can pay by check or demand draft(dd) by physically depositing the check/dd into our ICICI bank account. Alternatively, one can mail the check/dd to our physical address and we will ship the product as soon as the payment is realized in our account. Product price, list price and MRP:
The product price displayed on the website includes handling and payment charges. The MRP of the product is also displayed on product page as List Price. Wherever applicable a shipping cost will be mentioned on the product detail page. Local taxes & Octroi need to be born by the customer in states such as Maharashtra.
